Horrible customer service. The store was empty with all 5 employees standing at the front doing nothing. None of them came to help. The shoe section is good.

Very good selection of 👞s. They need a few newer models in my opinion and could increase they stock a bit more. Other than that they have a good number of employees and wait was minimal. Would go back again.

Where do I start. My wife and I were not greeted as we walked into the store (5 employees standing at the front door chatting it up). We found shoes that we wanted and received no help. My wife then had to go to the cash register to ask if they had the shoe we wanted in black. When we decided on the shoe, she called an employee and the employee walked away. Obviously they didn't want our business.

Good customer service while I was in there. Had a couple people help me... but the guy named Nick dealt with me and even after I was a little snippy with him ... he still helped me out with a smile. I appreciate that. I even bought 3 pairs of Doc Martin Shoes ... After being in many other shoes stores today and had gotten the worst and rude service all day everwhere... I was glad that that young man was patient and helped me so nicely!
