This is an odd way of asking a question. A business is in business to make money. If they told you they were busy I would take that and be appreciative. They could have told you to come on down and have you wait a long time to just rotate your tires. Then you would get mad and complain and tell your friends to not go there because they made you wait a very long time just to rotate your tires. Etc, etc. What I mean to say is if they told you they couldn't complete a tire rotation because they were busy, why would you question that? More so, why would you pose that question here on this platform? But to answer your question, they are always busy except for the first few hours they are open.
The reason they are busy is because they are the best tire shop in town, that is why they are usually busy. Try to schedule it when their business is slower or when you have time to wait.
Yes. Would you prefer to get there and be turned away after you drove to the location and used your gas and time. Do you think 15 minutes before closing was a good idea for a tire rotation. I think you should be grateful that you didn't have to go there to be told that. Their service is really good there. I hope this answers your question.
Just show up and tell the boss what you need don't call
