Yea they will make you pay the early cancellation fee. It's better to go to one in person and just give up the 50 dollars or so for cancellation

I would first try and find PF in the area you moved and go into that one and cancel. You still may be on the hook for remainder of time you signed up for. If you just want to cut all ties go to your back and cancel the auto payments and or get new account #. Be advised PF could still come after you civil if your contract is not over.
