One of the sign in workers is an Asian male but most are black English speaking females. As far as who they place in front to interact with the public it's at their discretion whom they chose. Also, cooperate with the workers oral/visual instructions and be polite towards them regardless as to how they're feeling that day.Humility is the key when seeking charity!

Can we have an English speaking person on the food line? The current person speaks only Chinese and he gets angry and frustrated when we ask questions in English and becomes rude.
