Does the VA hospital have an er? If not how do vets get emergency treatment?

There is no urgent care or ER, but you can walk in and get triaged during refular clinic hours, if you need an ER they will send you to the local one. Locally we go to St. marys, its the onlu hospital in the area.

Only one way in this area....go to the nearest ER. When I was in CALIFORNIA the nearest VA ER was 100 miles from my home.
