New "My VA Health" is a total disaster! Online Rxs refills, does not work, "Visit summaries" not accessible. My VA Health sends you back to MyHealtheVet. I have been out of half of my meds for weeks as new system dropped them SOmeone should be fired! Even this teview page no lo ger works! What the hell is going on? I would suggest all Vets contact thr Senators and Congressmen to find out about this disaster!

I tried twice to make an appointment on 21 march 2022, the first i was on the line 15 minutes talking to the operator before she informed me she couldnt make my appt. the second time i was on hold for 40 minutes, this person told me she couldnt make my appt either. It seems im not allowed to make appointments.

Dr. Johnson and staff were very helpful and professional. My first time there and will definitely not be my last!! Thank you all for a wonderful appointment!

I made friend's with Sargent Terry. Very nice man. I found out recently him and some more vet's we're kicked out of there. I highly advise not bringing your elders to the "VA" .

Usually about 30-45 min depending on how much help you need with forms. If your comming from another va it will be faster
yes. But they have treatment centers for specific needs throughout the northwest. Get a hold of a social worker to start the process or how to learn more about the process.
Make an appointment with one of the social workers and they can help you start the process
No
are are all put patients at the walla walla va
They do have a Triage capability now for non scheduled appointments like the local Urgent care for Vets in the Community.
The main number is good for general questions, but specific questions are better served in the individual departments...
All depends on your level of coverage. 80% service connected gets you about anything, retired also but if you were a one and done like me and got out at one enlistment you better go get insurance. That said, there is a brand new dental facility on campus.
Read the Office of The Inspector General (OIG REPORTS) starting in 2018 for this VA. Also, the OIG national warning DEC 2018 for ALL Veterans Administration Police warning about systemic POLICE MISCONDUCT. That said, the drug addiction and mental health programs are a trauma risk just for being a patient. This facility is labeled as "TOXIC" by the OIG inspectors. The facility is on its 4th Chief of Staff in two yrs. That's horrible 😔. Try other facilities and save yourself.
Eligibility at extension 26952
Entrance in between 86 and 143
There is the state nursing home on the VA property in walla walla and the ohone is 5095255200
There is no urgent care or ER, but you can walk in and get triaged during refular clinic hours, if you need an ER they will send you to the local one. Locally we go to St. marys, its the onlu hospital in the area.
Yes. From what ive been told its a good program. There's alot of services here in Walla Walla to help veterans with drug and alcohol problems. You just have to look and open your mouth. I came up from white City Oregon. The rehabilitation center there I have two years clean. It's a good place.
Its not a hospital its a clinic. And as long as you clear it with the police i think you can.
It is to the left of the main entrance on the second floor. Just ask some one when you get there.
The building just to the left of the main building.
Just go in to the main medical facility and ask for Mr. Grey and he will direct you.
Optometrist's is in blg 86 as you walk in the front door its to the left. There is a new building but its not being used
No. Medical choices are up to the patient's
