Yes we can refill your tank of 75/25 shielding gas! But straight Argon we do like to exchange to make sure its clean, unless you leave some positive pressure in there then we can transfill it.

At least for 100% argon they do exchanges so my assumption is that 25/75 would also be done in exchanges
