Yes it happens..thats why i just stayed in the hotel
Best to order online or they sell out unless your a guest of the hotel then your allowed to purchase them
Its cheaper to buy online before your visit. I belive you save $5 per guest when purchased online.
When i went on a thursday which is buy 1 get one they said you had to buy online but i waa already there and it didn't say anything about that online so they let me purchase there

You need to buy the tickets online. If you try to buy the tickets in person you might not be able to get in if they are at capacity.
