Reservations are generally accepted for large parties in dining room. Otherwise, upon arriving, go to the (non-dining room) bar, and request to have your name added to the wait list. Easy schmeasy.
You can if you want. It's not required. Might help if you have a larger group. They're short handed right now.
I don't think reservations are needed. It does fill on weekends, though.
Not sure. It is a large restaurant and I am sure they would for large parties!
