The worst experience or decision you can make in your life is to live in Edgewood. The worst customer service experience in the world. They randomly do construction work in the building and cancel it and still give themselves the right to tow your car and take it without further reminder. Ariel was extremely rude and unhelpful when I addressed the issue. They don’t care about their tenants, they just care about money. I would NOT recommend this complex to anyone.

When I moved in, the apartment smelled like weed and was not cleaned very well. I brought this to their attention in the welcome survey I received and nobody replied or reached out. I had numerous maintenance issues during my lease, some of which were taken care of while others weren’t. Three different appliance issues in six months. The trash compactor is down weekly so trash piles up regularly. The worst part was upon moving out I moved a couch and realized that mold has started to form on the side which was against the mechanical closet wall. The management denied responsibility even though it started almost immediately after we began using heat and there was no sign or evidence of a spill. Their maintenance personnel (who couldn’t fix/replace an ice maker properly) are the experts on this matter which is laughable. They will not willingly compensate me for damages. Lastly, I have experienced poor service from the management staff since day 1. They gave me the incorrect initial deposit amount and wouldn’t let me into apartment until I went back to bank for a $5 money order. There are two young women in the office who have bad attitudes and clearly hate their jobs. I would go elsewhere.

Great location with easy access to I-93. Without traffic, it is a twenty-five minute drive into the heart of downtown. I lived here for five months while transitioning jobs. The grounds are beautifully kept, the leasing office staff was quite helpful whenever an issue arose. Anytime I needed repairs for the apartment, they were completed within 48 hours. Big soccer field are located right next to the property. There is a smaller gym that is limited, but it gets the job done. My only complaint is that parking is open and unassigned unless you pay for an individual garage unit. If you leave the parking lot any time after 7:30PM, it is unlikely that you will find a spot near your apartment. Sometimes this can be quite frustrating, but if you purchase the garage space then it isn't a problem. I would recommend this place to both friends and family.
