If it's used and on sale, any LTC holder can purchase it. The Glock LEO restriction applies to new sales only.

You can own any glock in mass. Dealers can only sell pre ban. If you want a new glock go to the gun parlor In Worcester and they'll sell you a frame and slide then boom you have a new glock
