A lot of its problems stem from its location. McDonald's has always been and always will be more popular because it's at the end of " the loop " that everyone cruises when going thru town. ( The other end is the town circle...) It's location is just plain screwed up... it's on the wrong side of the highway, and the drive-in is situated so that you have to circle the whole restaurant to enter it. As far as staff... I'm the wrong one to ask. I'm the one that had his Jaguar towed to Hiawassee, even though I had the managers permission to park it there. Cost me $300 for the tow...and after 6 weeks the Regional Manager is still " investigating ". Ridiculous !! The girls there seem to be nice enough... while the guys seem to act like jerks, and I'm not the only one to say it.
I love burger king but the food tastes kinda funny there.

They've started paying them more money to cook them hamburgers ever since then it started going downhill
Like most food establishments, almost all problems can be traced back to poor management. It is mostly unfair to blame the employees without having any background information on the management,
