Came through the line on my lunch break today. Waited 15 minutes just for someone to take my order while I was at the speaker.. I understand we’re all short staffed so the wait didn’t bother me. I get to the window and no one speaks to us, the manager bagging the food kept giving me dirty glares every time I looked through the window. Get my food and my sandwich had not one but TWO pieces for black hair in my burger.. was really disgusted.. I’m a manager in fast food and I don’t allow my employees to have there hair up in anything but a bun.. so I usually expect the same in other fast food restaurants. Again I understand we’re all short staffed but I couldn’t eat my lunch because of the wait and because of the hairs I found in my food.

If I could rate this location a zero, I would! Went into dining room, we were the only ones inside, placed order quickly then waited for 15 minutes before hearing an employee in kitchen say " where's my burritos?" Woman working drive thru said "I thought they were for me, I gave them to someone, I'm sorry". Woman in kitchen said " I don't have any more tortillas thawed" she went to the freezer, brought out a pack , shaking and banging them said " see, frozen solid" the other woman said "put them in the microwave to thaw", so she did. That's when I got up from my seat and said I had already been waiting for 15 min, and don't want tortillas that have been microwaved that they, that they would be hard as rocks. She said she would refund me, I thought for the burritos, aand give me the rest of my order, nope, she refunded the whole order, and told the person in the back"you don't need order 91" Then she made a nasty comment and we left.
