Yes they are! But the entire town is very busy that month, so it will probably be a little bit of a wait for a table. But trust me when I say it's worth the wait!
The Shanty is open April 1st through January 15th, so it is only closed for 10 weeks in the winter. It is absolutely open every day in October for both lunch and dinner.
