They'll be able to look it up with the credit card number you used. I would still call ahead though.
A week ago I found their system somewhat cranky and I feared tickets might not print but finally got it done. Yes it did give me the feeling it was not working right.
The staff at terminal can id the purchaser w a picture id and will gladly print the ticket.
Call them or check with the ticket agent, they may be able to help. Not sure if they can look up by name.
