They are medical only. If you have Mainecare you can go to Be Well My Friends and get your medical card at no cost to you! Call them and ask them! I have had mine for 4 years and have never paid a penny!
As of right now you still need your med card.

We are all operating under Maine's Medical Cannabis Program currently (9/7/2020). According to the Office of Marijuana Policy, you can circle October 9th, 2020 on your calendar as the date. This is when sales to consumers 21 and older are slated to begin at select retail stores.
