No temporary cards. You receive the actual card at the apt. If you don't there's something wrong.
Hi! They don't, they just accept the actual card. But when you do get your card, make sure you go in within 30 days... they have a really awesome rewards program that gives you $50 off a purchase of $50 or more the first time. :)

Like Andreanna stated, be sure to visit us within 30 days from your card activation to receive bWell Member Rewards. Typically doctors overnight certifications.
