Yes. I hang out with my grandson during all four seasons. It's beautiful in the winter time. Looking at the beautiful lights and you can ice skate in the frog pond .

Yes. There is great mix of people, some homeless but they don't bother you and it's easy to stay clear of them if you want. They have a gift shop, playground, splash pool and bathrooms. Restaurants all around with a variety of choices and price ranges
