Not required but recommended for busy times. Either way, awesome site for young and old. Me and my wife loved it; so did my 7, 8 and 9 year olds.

Just walk-in, ensure you reach before 3pm as you have time. They close by 5pm, this will give you time to enjoy the tour and enjoy a high tea

No.. there are shows starting every 45mins. You just need to buy the tickets, either online or at the venue to get in. No need to reserve upfront..
