Have there been snakes and alligators seen in this park?

Yes we have Gators and snakes

Yes. It is Florida. Any body of water has Snakes and Gators. That is like asking if Florida has Northerners? Like Roaches. They just keep coming.

There is a pond at the back of the property where Gators have been seen. As far as snakes it's Florida, duh!
