Can you get a good view of the USS Constitution from the top?

Yes. The photo I took from the top of the monument shows the USS Constitution. Of course one needs to expand the image...

I can't remember specifically whether we could see USS Constitution or not but with regards to getting a good view, the openings at the top are small and covered by perspex windows which when we were there were covered in scratches obscuring the view.
