Lots of history to visit in Boston, this is a great stop. Lots of information on the plaques and signs as you walk around. We walked from here to the USS Constitution (about 10 min).

Beautiful place. A lot of history. Small. The walk up to the top of the monument is about 300 steps, which isn’t hard at all. But the view….the view basically obstructed sit cloudy opaque plastic glass and fencing. You can’t even take pictures

Bunker hill monument is a beautiful place.the weather was perfect. The obelisk was closed so you could not go in but a park ranger was there and he said they hope to have it reopened in July 2022 so people can climb to two hundred and twenty one feet to the top.there is a statue of the colonist commander general Prescott as well as plenty of markers and signage explaining location of various parts and orientation on the fortifications and how the battle unfolded. Also Patrick the park ranger on duty was very helpful and knowledgeable about the battle.this is a great place to learn a part of American history. Also from the top of the hill is a great view of downtown Boston.

Monument dedicated to the war of the north and south, the colonists who fell in battle. “They will beat their swords into plowshares And their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, Nor will they learn war anymore”. Isaiah 2:4

Yes, because they were so low on ammunition. However, the battle was actually fought on Breeds Hill, nearby!
It's an educational experience for kids and adults alike about the Battle of Bunker Hill. If you climb the 294 steps there is a beautiful view. There is a museum across the street with a gift shop, and you can tour the USS Constitution located right down the street :-). Charlestown is only one square mile, you could walk around the whole town in an hour or so...
When I got there, someone asked me if I was a caravan or raider. I said "caravan" as that seemed like the safest response. And no, unfortunately, my Geiger counter is in the shop.
Not very busy when it is colder. Great workout
The inside of the Monument is closed. The Monument itself and the ground are open. The museum on the street side is closed part time. It is open I believe Wednesday through Saturday at 11 am. Should be the same as Faneuil Hall and other local site hours.
Its because the light from saurons eye taints the sun with a reddish tinge which affects the pineapples
Lots and lots of stairs, lol. I'm not sure what your seeing?
In Charlestown - you cannot miss that, it is visible from any harbour place
A group of militia men who were ready at a moment's notice, during the revolutionary war.
Yes. The photo I took from the top of the monument shows the USS Constitution. Of course one needs to expand the image...
Not impossible to visit the monument outside opening hours
