This ramp is in a great location, but is in horrible shape. There are huge craters in the ramp, and loose concrete pieces that can really mess up your trailer or your car tires. Hopefully it can be repaired or repaved soon, because it is in a convenient spot

Pros: easy access, sufficient parking. Cons: the ramp it self can use a bit more maintenance, lighting can be improved by the ramp and may be a couple of boat tide downs for when you dont have an additional helpful set of hands.

Definately at high tide. It may not be the case at exceptionally low tide.

Nope, you just have to pull up to the side of the ramp. No cleats or anything to tie up to though.
