It might sound like a joke, but this place charges $5 EACH TIME you ask for a charcoal replacement. I have never heard a place that charges extra money for charcoal in my entire life. When we asked about this to the waitress working there, she told us that the owner decreased the hookah price to $45 from $50 and started charging extra money for charcoal lmao. First of all, this is a freaking hookah man! Why would you charge $45 in the first place?! I am not sure when I will visit Boston again, but I will for sure not go near by this place.

Great experience and solid prices, I loved the set up of the place.
Boston
A place with a nice ambiance and lots of potential, that sums about all of it. I have been visiting this place for a long time and it is sad to see that the service and quality have been going down in recent years. Now the newest most ridiculous thing is that the owner has decided to stop serving tea???!!! Yes, you read that right. A middle eastern hookah place that doesn’t sell tea. I still can’t wrap my brain around that one. And the reason is that they have “upgraded to a new more fancy coffee machine” … hm, yea that still doesn’t explain to me what happened to the tea. Please please bring the tea back. You had the most amazing Moroccan Mint tea in town. But if not that, then serve at least hot water and packaged tea, it’s not that hard… after all the waitress was nice! P.S. the fancy machine that displaced the tea couldn’t make a cappuccino … thanks god for the waitress who still managed to pull it off!

First time in Boston and I stopped here for a drink, food, and hookah. The customer service was spectacular my sever was Ella, and the guy that made my hookah was Leo. He helped me with my luggage as I just came from the airport. This place is amazing and is highly recommend. Everything was joy-able and I will be back when I stop back in town. Thanks for showing me a great time for my first time here/in Boston. (Vegetarian Friendly)

I drove by Saturday night and they were closed.
Most of the music played is Arabic music.
No, it is 21+. According to the law of the Commonwealth of Massacusetts, the age required to buy any kind of tobacco, hookah, or smoking stuff is 21 or above, state wide.
Yes to both questions. There are just two cigar lounges in Boston, this one and Stanza dei Sigari in the North End. Both excellent. Pricey.
Yes, they can mix different flavors for you.
