For your first visit, you need a picture ID and current proof of residency in our service area (a bill or business letter with your name & address dated within 30 days). We serve residents of Rochester, E. Rochester, Gonic & Farmington only.
Your ID, proof of residency (rental agreement) a bill within the last 30 days. From there they will set an appointment and tell you what to do by then. They are super nice people and will help anyone as long as you bring what's needed .
