Yesterday I went to Saugus store. Only 2 people there cashier and dog trainer that was busy. Terrible way to operate a store

I always use petco in quincy. Really good story. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pets are very well maintained.

I find Petco in Revere easy to use, costumer service is not great but this is what we have as options around here
