what is the age requirment i looked it up on google and is said 13 with superviser but when i brought my daughter in the other day they said that she could not workout with me i am so confused and fustrated and i am about to join YMCA.

Its 13 , but if they look younger they want a birth certificate to prove it or they hassle you ever time you go in.

You cannot be less than 13? But they are limited to the equipment and must be monitored. It may have been that they/who was the rep may have though she looked younger than she is.

Ayla Revell Life Center Fitness allow kids to workout ages 5 and up, LCF also provides free children's classes open to the public, and if you decide to sign kids under 14 get a free membership including 24/7 access to the facility with the guardian, and also teaches the parents how to safely workout with their kids.

I've brought my daughter in. I didn't take them to the weight area, but we were able to use bikes, treadmills, etc. I think I had to sign a waiver that if either of them got injured planet fitness was not financially responsible.
