You cannot bring in professional cameras so your cell phone camera will have to do.

Yes, but it definitely depends on the event certain performer's "may" have a no camera policy. However, I used my cellphone camera without issues.
No professional use cameras but everyone had their cell phones filming clips while I was attending a concert there. Myself included
