I was just there this past Friday night fot Rewards members night. I see many people bring their dogs, but they must be leashed at all times, while on BPS property and grounds. Santa's line does fill up fast. As long as the dog responds to your commands, I don''t see why you can't bring him/her in for pictures. To get an exact answer, call Bass Pro Shops for their corporate policy regarding pictures with Santa. They should be able to answer any question you may have.
Yes must be on a leash at all times and be friendly around people. It does get crowded. And show up before store open for Santa passes. They go fast.
