I bought my "new to me" used car just last week. A 2020 Ford Escape. My 3rd Ford Escape. Had great customer service from salesman, Gavin Schoumaker. He gave me his personal cell phone number so if I had any comments, concerns, questions or problems, I can contact him directly. The sales transaction went smoothly. He answered all of my questions and he has replied to all of my texts very satisfactorily and professionally.

I have purchased many vehicles from Rodman over the years. From the salespeople to the finance folks, each was respectful, fair and went above and beyond to make me happy. My latest purchase was a new bronco. With all the buzz and craziness going on in regards to the availability and price of the bronco, I was a bit skeptical the sale would go smoothly. Again Rodman showed me why they are my preferred dealership. My salesperson was honest and transparent and they only applied a reasonable market adjustment to the cost which was approximately $20-25K less than what other local dealerships were charging for comparable models. This is a family-owned dealership with honest workers and a transparent culture. We got a great deal on our vehicle, and it was a pleasure to work with everyone! Kyle, one of the sales representatives, showed us the vehicle and was very personable. Andrew, the finance guru, did a remarkable job advocating for us. I ordered the new Ford Bronco. There were many posts on forums about Dealers jacking up the price of the vehicle by as much as $10,000 when the vehicle finally cae in. Didn't happen here. They honored the MSRP from my order in October. They joked that they were hoping I didn't like it because they could get a lot more than the MSRP from someone else. When I built my Bronco online, I ordered an accessory that I didn't like or want, by a mistake. Marco said "No problem" he would see if another customer would want to by it and I would get my money back. If that didn't happen he would see if Ford would take it back. Great customer service. Highly recommend Rodman Ford. Ask for Jordan or Marco.
