I am one of Santa's elves. Passes are handed out as soon as the store opens and do go fast. You can ask for a later pass, but it has to be for the same day. Sorry, no passes for "tomorrow." I always recommend asking for one hours later to give everyone time to get together and get ready.
Yes as soon as you get there grab your number it does fill up fast.
I'm not sure, but it's a popular event, I'm sure it's worth trying.
