If the rod you want is not in stock you can order online, ship to store and pick up at the front desk. Picking your online order up at the store saves shipping costs and also makes the return easy if there is a problem. You can open and examine your merchandise right there to make sure it is what you want. I also find online ordering (and picking up) makes sure what you want is in the store and easy to find.
