You buy the trailer they own the property and you can live there all year round,it's a senior park 50 or 55 and up.

They only rent lots to people who are traveling or seasonal that have there own RV / 5th wheel.to be a permanent resident you must buy a existing mobile home then a yearly lease for the lot..$400 mo
