No. I have tried to drop off clothes and bags since COVID-19 hit. There is a huge sign and barricade stating they only accept donations until 3p the days they are open. The make it impossible for people to just leave donations on the outside of the donation center and if there is traffic around that time, there is no way you will be able to give on that day. My next attempt (since I've tried 3 times) is to go to Goodwill. Fingers crossed...
