Hello there, The length from the bayside to the beach is about 5 to 7 minutes in walking distance. Its a very easy and pretty walk through the property. See you soon!

I would say roughly 1 mile. With a street in between (there is a pedestrian signal to help). We were on the bay side and about 10-12 minute walk to the beach.
