Yes you can, I seriously advise though that IF you do not use the valet parking, contact the Parking Department and inform them that you would like to park for the time period that you have in mind. And leave your parking ticket in your vehicle.

Yes, in most cases you can, unless there City of Tampa has a need or special event.... Rarely , but they'll have notices and signs up in that case .
