I would say the remodeling is 90% done. A huge improvement from what it looked like a year ago.
It's worse with the remodeling. Tons of noise starting early in the morning. Breakfast area is barely safe to eat in. Pool and hot tub are closed. I'd recommend skipping it until you call and confirm that remodeling is complete.
