Positive: Clean. Great location. Nice pool and hot tub. Negative: When I arrived, I was informed that their CC machine was down, the elevator wasn¿t working, and the internet was down. The next morning at 9:00 am, I had a house keeper despite my not checking out repeatedly wrap on my door during business call. :-(

Compared to some of the other Comfort Inn and Suites we've stayed, this one is by far the best. Pretty little walkway alongside the river in the back. The mountain across the river is simply gorgeous. There's a deck outside the pool area with a grill which I thought was cool. We reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was so relaxing. Might be my new favorite anniversary hotel. We'll definitely be staying here again!

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. Big reason, right on the Colorado River. I always get a room with River view. Nice walkway behind the hotel, if you continue east across the road, it continues on the south side of the river. Nice breakfast. Some noise in hotel as they are updating rooms. I felt safe there. The photo is right behind the hotel.

Positive: The woman checking us in, had amazing customer service. She was friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back. Negative: Housekeeping didn't come until it was time to check out of our 2-night stay and they were super early. They wouldn't stop knocking loudly even though we acknowledged them right away. Our room wasn't dirty and we reused our towels so it was fine.
