There are bugs coming in through the windows. They are in the room and on the wall/ceiling in the stairwell. The place is full, so they couldn’t offer us another room. They just said that the bugs aren’t bed bugs and to squish them with a towel. Also, the floor feels dirty and is stained and torn in places. Most of the USB charger slots are pushed into the wall and can’t be used. Overall, a gross place.

Fabulous people (special shout-outs to Nina and her manager, both just amazing folks and so warm and caring), fabulous location, fabulous breakfast (fresh, well-stocked, awesome selection), clean “two-bedroom” (quotes around it because there is no door to the 2nd bedroom but no problem, it’s still lovely), I frankly can’t think of anything they need to do to improve. One of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in recent times. Makes me want to re-think my loyalty to the Marriott family of properties. Can’t do better than that!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Rae helped us a lot during our stay with recommendations, etc. The Breakfast spead at the place was amazing and the quality of the breakfast was great too. They had Chobani Greek yogurt and lot of good stuff. Appreciate the newspaper at the lobby.

Positive: The location is great, close to Iron Mountain Hot Springs. And the layout and furnishings were exemplary! I love the dressing bench with hooks central in the desk/wardrobe/TV wall. The light fixtures are wonderful and there are USB charging outlets eve Negative: I had accident booked 2 night separately and although the system realized that both nights were for the same person. I still lost access to my room halfway through and had to ask for new key cards midway
