I used the kiosk at a grocery store. It was easy to use and even though going in, I expected to get my keys immediately, It ended up being just fine getting my copies in the mail. Not useful if you need your copies now. The copies work well and I have no complaints.

Called at 6:38PM for a locksmith for keys locked in car. Front desk lady said “Locksmith will give you call in 10 mins explaining the price to see if you’d still like to do business.” The locksmith called very briefly to say he’ll be ready at 8, and ask for my address, when I asked him to explain how they take payment he hung up on me without even telling me the price. 8:15PM came, so I called the front desk asking when the locksmith would actually get there, she said “He will call you in 10 mins.” He called about 20 mins later asking for my address again and saying “I’ll be there in 15-20 mins.” After 20 mins we decided to call 911, to no help, we called another locksmith, and a family came by and started calling their Triple A company, on top of this I called the front desk lady back, listed my information then asked to be transferred to my locksmith, all I heard was the loud click of a phone being put back into the dialer. Out of the blue what do you know our locksmith finally decides to show up at 9:10 PM. 9:10PM after a call made at 6:38PM for a company that was a 4 minute drive away. I won’t state how much the price was but you can guess how overpriced it was for less that 10 minutes of work. Avoid this scam.
