They typically will accept returns for cash/credit back with receipt and store credit without receipt. Of course, you can exchange items with or without a receipt. Returns/exchanges should be within 90 days. The entire transaction is at the store manager's discretion, so if you're being given a hard time by an employee, ask to speak to the manager, though I've found their returns staff to be very helpful and straightforward. All returns are subject to applicable laws, so it may be beneficial to call the store, ahead of time, and speak to customer service. Hope this helps... good luck! Btw, I'm not a Wal-Mart employee, just a regular shopper in this particular store that has some experience with returns.
30 days return policy
They prefer receipts, Must have ID if not. I believe electronics are 14 days from purchased date with receipt.
It should be on the back of any receipt from Walmart.
90 days on almost everything but electronics that only allow 15days
