It's Wal-Mart
this Walmart on the causeway in tampa, florida is ridiculous. never able to get through what is that all about totally unacceptable. this is supposed to be a reputable company. i will never set foot back into this location. i literally called 5 times and was not able to get through. i shop now at Publix always clean in the store and the customer service is awesome. even the managers are unprofessional at this Walmart. go somewhere where you are appreciated and the service is welcoming. this place is not it.
I live 1 mile from this Wal-Mart and 2 from the Target on Bloomingdale and Gornto Lakes Blvd and I will now only go to Wal-Mart if I absolutely have to. I say this because I've called up there dozens of times and I think I've only had the phone answered 1 time and when I complained about how long it took I was placed on hold and promptly hung up on and I was treated no better when I made a point to physically make a complaint, I spoke to a Manager who had to leave in the middle of our conversation and sent someone who seemed more like a stock boy to take my complaint and at the end there was no paperwork or ask of who I spoke to for them to even make it seem like they were ever going to think about doing anything to rectify the situation. Its absolutely pathetic and ridiculous..
Sometimes it takes too long to get an answer.
