As far as I know all Wal-Mart's allow over night parking as long as you're respectful.
U can...camping trailers do...they are allowed to stay for one night
Once in a while you my see a truck driver there(18 wheeler). I wouldn't if I were you. There are police there a lot during the day and night and the police would definately come to your car so I don't try it.
Semi trucks park there periodically and probably get permission from the manager inside to park there overnight to sleep but I wouldn't advise sleeping there in your car as the police are there usually every night at some point and they may be checking cars and ask you to leave because unless you have authorization to be there you would be considered a vagrant and could possibly be fined
