I was able to get all the supplies I needed. But I needed 4 pcs of 2 x 12 x12 prime lumber. I waited a long time for an associate to help. Then went to the pro checkout. The associate couldn't find anyone to help either. She told me go look for someone in a red vest. I went up and down the isles, no where to be found. So I decided to call the store. It rang and rang, no answer. I ended up leaving with nothing but the feeling that Lowes of Clearwater could care less about its customers. If this was my first experience like this I would say it is bad timing. But this happens almost everytime I visit this store.

Went in looking for patio chairs for my porch and as I was looking Raymond one of the store associates was more than happy to show me the extra inventory in the garden area and I think we took down more than several chairs before I found the exact ones I wanted because a lot were scuffed and scratched etc ALOT were bad. But he went ABOVE AND BEYOND that man deserves employee of the month there were a few guys I tried to ask for help and they grew tired of my requests and Raymond didn’t hesitate he was AWESOME. He’s Got a southern accent you could tell he’s a hard working country guy but man he made my experience worth it. Anytime I go there I’ll look out for him and now I’m happily enjoying my new furniture on my porch all thanks to that dude. Keep doing what you do man. Also I told him I’d give him a good review so hopefully he sees this.

Went in ten minutes before closing and the gentleman in the hardware section was extremely patient and helpful. The cashier was also patient and kind. Thank you for allowing us to shop so late.

Lowe's makes me sad. Their garden center has a great selection but their clearance section is pathetic. They put their unsold plants there to die. They don't pay attention to which ones can handle sun or not they are all out baking in the sun. They barely mark them down. If they would mark them down to a dollar I would buy them. But I am not going to pay $5, $10 even $15 for a half dead plant and hope I can revive it. Lowe's, you know you are going to let them all die then throw them away. Mark them down cheaper and give them a chance!!!

Yes
Employees wear masks, cash registers have social distance markers and there's hand sanitizer available throughout store. Large store so social distancing not hard to maintain.
They do,..and I'm sorry for them. Masks all day,😰
You would have to give the store call
Yes..power cord is probably acting as antenna.
According to Lowe's web site, they offer a convenient drop off location at all their stores. CFL bulbs can be taken their!
No. However, Home Depot does.
