I saw some reviews dated March 2019 stating poor food quality due to remodeling and not in the original place at Hardrock. Can anyone tell me if this is correct??

I was just there and it is in the same place. Food is excellent.

I was there 3 weeks ago and the construction i have seen during the last year is around the casino, hotel, counsel oaks was crowded, as usual. I would call hotel and ask. Doesn't mean it hasn't moved location around in the hotel, casino area. Never hurts to call ahead. As far as the reviews, to each is his own. Judge for yourself, noone can do that for you.
