My wife and daughter ordered the NY strip steak. Both steaks were very chewy. Would expect better quality cut of meat for $42.00. Smoked salmon flatbread was very good.

No, but I highly recommend going anyway. They have great food and great drinks. The staff is really helpful and friendly.
You can order to go but I haven't seen them bring it to your car. So I would say no to the curbside pickup but maybe you can ask for it.
I'd give them a call & ask.
No set dress code, but you can dress up if you would like, or go casual. I was the for a business Christmas lunch, and we were all in suits or shirts and ties and women were in business suits.
