Is it wrong of me to change my 5 star review to a 1 if I bought a certified $52,000 truck from Cox and they won’t fix my faulty headlight even though it was a certified vehicle with aftermarket headlights from previous owner ??

No it’s not wrong!! I would give them a negative one if you I could. I need a wheelchair van now and they will help me get out of my lease! That they sold me! it is in mint condition three years old with less than 20,000 miles on it.

I don’t think you read it clearly above when a vehicle has been certified by a dealer all of that is a relevant if it is a certified purchase a bumper to bumper warranty means everything is covered I went through this on a previous vehicle with Nissan and they jump through hoops to fix the situation the aftermarket parts caused the damage to because it was also a certified vehicle, that’s why I will only buy certified it covers everything aftermarket or not . Those things are with the dealer wants you to think they want you to believe after market parts are not covered but that is not true !!

That's the sad thing with aftermarket addons. The Factory Warranty doesn't cover non oem parts. There may be a manufacturer's warranty for the lights.
