There is a splashpad but for kids.
That's been closed because of Covidiots running the city. Trans BS for your 3yo child no problem. Water park closed.
There is an entire splash playground for kids, assume dogs can use it also.
Not that I know of, but, of course, the dogs could chase a ball onto the Gulf of Mexico if you are able to fish them out.
there are spots on the S end of the park when the tide isnt too high. My dog swims here all the time..
Over by O'Leary's Tiki Bar there is a very small and rocky area that I have seen dogs jump into the water. In my mind it's not a very safe or comfortable spot for pups but that's just me. I do believe there is an outside shower by the public bathrooms also by O'Leary's. Hope this helps!
