Is the Welfare office on Central Ave. /108th within your jurisdiction. That's where my GR is and I roam around because of ? . Hope you can help. I can change welfare offices. Is there going to be a Winter Shelter ? Please Answer at your convenience.

You need to go early morning 7am. The earlier the better. You have to prove you're Homeless. Must show you're within the 20 mile radius of that area.
