The animals shouldn't make a difference as there's different resources for that. You don't want to get help with shelter or housing to find out you can't have your pets or get rid of them. Plus if you have your documentation, they are support pets. I would move quickly if you will be out soon. If you have kids go to Crocker Hopics. If you have no kids go to Broadway office. Just get there early because there's lines sometimes just waiting to get checked in.
